Skewers of turkey and grilled vegetables
Just grab a few tacos of turkey, chicken, or pork, insert them into skewer sticks along with interspersed vegetables, and grill them. In this case the meat is turkey and we have put green pepper, and purple eggplant and onion.
- To accompany, you can use soy sauce or one of our light sauces based on yogurt, mustard, cucumber …
Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables
To go super fast, all you have to do is cook the washed and cut vegetables with a silicone case or a microwave-safe container. For the vegetables to be al dente, just put a thread of water in the bottom, add a thread of oil and aromatic spices on top, and cook at maximum power for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the texture you are looking for.
- While they are done, it gives you time to make the grilled breast. Quick, light and healthy dinner.
Vegetable casserole with egg
Take some vegetables (brokoli, carrot, onion, eggplant …). Clean them, cut them into slices and fry them a little in a frying pan. In a roasting pan, put a base of homemade tomato sauce, place the vegetable slices around the edge along with sprigs of washed broccoli. Crack an egg in the center. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and herbs, bake 10 minutes at 200º and … dinner ready!
- If you want to go faster, you can also take advantage of some vegetables that you have left over to “save food”, use cooking.
Bacon Egg Stuffed Avocado
Lightly brown the bacon. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. To enlarge the hole, remove some pulp and reserve it for another dish (to spread the bread for breakfast …). Then, place the avocado in a refractory pan with a base of coarse salt so that it does not tip over. Crack an egg into the hole, spread bacon and mozzarella on top, and bake at 180º for 12-15 min (until the egg sets).
- To avoid blackening the avocado, sprinkle the pulp with a little lemon.
Salmon loin with almond crust
Season a salmon loin and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. To make the crust, mix a handful of breadcrumbs with one of ground almonds, some basil leaves and a minced garlic. Cover the loin with this mixture, and complete with some rolled almonds and a thread of oil. Bake about 10 minutes and ready to like.
